I had a dream about a Legacy last night.

So I ordered it today.
Rustic light
Two tone burst
Gun oil neck
Rosewood
Ash with a flame maple cap
Mint pick guard and covers
And yes
A Bigsby

My most expensive G&L build to date but, it will be cool. I remember at some point in the dream saying it looks like a 59' Paul....I am looped on cold pills. Let's see what I dream up tonight.

The Bigsby would have ended it for me except the mint pickguard preceded it so I was gone. However I looked up images trying to find a close proximity of everything and mint does not look bad on this finish. Over the years I probably thought I was viewing white, parchment or cream when some pickguards on this burst could have been mint. Fender likes to place light pickguards and matching pickup covers on sunbursts. G&L seems to go dark or a contrast PUP cover/pickguard combo. I really like the mint on a 2-tone burst. I am not into whammy bars and I'd be drawn more to a hard tail Saddlelock bridge on a Legacy. I also want to boost every Legacy to an S-500. Every time I see a nice Legacy I think of how it would be as an S-500. Yet this guitar is cool. It is just not for me.
