'94 LEgacy - pickups?

Relatively new lurker...even newer poster (my first!)

I've had a 2015 Legacy for awhile now and picked up a '94 today for a pretty good deal (~$525).

Pickups don't look original. No G&L Labeling on them. Thoughts or insight perhaps? I haven't gotten around to opening it up to check it out but I know I may have to if I really want to know.

G&L didn't make their own pickups for the Legacy until around 1995. They used Seymour Duncan pickups through 1994. I'm pretty sure the SD pickups weren't labeled, so what you have may be the original SD pickups.

Thank you sir! These are black covered which made me think twice about it - most of the ones I've seen were white.
