So I finally was able to find a invader deluxe plus that was in great condition. The guitar comes with the COA but no spec sheet.
The serial is clf54665 If anyone can help me that would be great. I checked the registrery you guys have here and that was no help But if someone could pull the spec sheet when they get a chance that would be great. A dream come true to know what all went in it . Craig from what I have read on this site you seem to be the man to get people the help they need. Hi and welcome. Is that a 1993 Invader? If so, there is no "spec" or build sheet available. The only thing G&L could possibly tell you is the basic specs. Sometimes if you call their customer support and give them the serial number they can look them up but not always.
I believe that after 2011 they started providing build sheets with each guitar and if you go to their site you can find a link that explains how to order a new one.

No, its not a 1993 i was told its somewhere around 2009 but that was their guess.
Flipping through the registry, and searching for any G&Ls between SN#CLF45000 and SN#CLF46000 - all the guitars with days on either side of the SN# given, are all dated 2007.

My guess (based on that) is that this is a 2007.
I wish the COA had the information on it. That would have made life alot eaiser!

My guess is it was put together earlier, but had more work done on it prior to receiving it's SN - yada, yada.

I don't believe G&L has a dedicated "Customer Support" line. There is a Support page on their main website which has a contact phone number for repair inquiries (714.897/6766 extension 156) and an email address. Here's the link: http://www.glguitars.com/support/index2.asp.
That might not be the department you need - but once you're in the door you may get switched to someone who could help you?
If you strike out there, Craig (the site admin) in another thread (see here, mentions a contact that he personally has within the G&L Factory named Dave. I'm not saying Craig will ring that bell, but he does have a lot of contacts. If you strike out calling and emailing the contacts on the support page - there may be other options.
The S/N has been discussed above. Before 2011, no spec sheets were provided. That only happened when G&L changed to the brushed aluminum plate S/N and yours has a water slide decal S/N. So it would surprise me if there is very much more info that can be provided.

Now the only question I have is I found out mine is a 2009 so would the floyd be a OFR floyd, or a gotoch licensed. And is the neck flatsawn or quatersawn, that i cant find.
I also sent G&L a facebook message and they wrote me back the birthdate of the guitar. So I know it is march of 2009. I am sorry about the confusion about asking for some of the information, as I just did not get the part of them not having old spec info matchin serial numbers, just did not make sense to me. But at least I found out the birth date. And thanks, to "yowhatsshakin" for all the information I found from him due to his post in another thread.
As I said now all i need to know is is the neck quater sawn or flat? Also they said the midle pickup was a gotoch dual blade and a G&l aw something or other for the neck or bridge. So why do they say seymore duncan on the picks ups I see if they are G&l pickups? thanks again everybody. I will have pics soon if anyone is interested.
