New G&L Legacy

Post by hanknc »

I just brought this one home:

Image

It's 2010 USA model with a 1D neck (modern V), satin finish on the neck, Spertzel locking tuners and the upgrade case. This one replaces my old USA Legacy which has the extra wide (#4) neck.

I am getting hooked on G&L after being an F player for 40 years!

Congrats! Very classy looking. I'm sure you're going to love that V-neck. Does your old Legacy also have a rosewood board? Hope you also put in an entry in the Registry.

Tock on,

Yes, the old one has a RW board and is listed in the Marketplace. Take a look.

The v neck is the largest G&L neck I've seen. I've been messing with the new one this weekend and man it plays nicely! I'll make an entry in the register now. Thanks for the reminder.

I've never seen a #4 neck, is the fretboard surface larger as well or just the back of the neck. That's a sweet deal btw.

The #4 neck is 1 3/4" wide vs. 1 5/8" for the standard neck.
