Hi,

My new bass is at my dealers, but I can't get it until Monday. It's gonna kill me until then

It's real. It's here.

I did not specify the pg color, so I got white. I can deal with that later.

Love the paint job. It's old school tobacco burst. Sometimes the center is pretty light on this paint job. This one is pretty dark.

And it's going into the registry.

Very nice Ed. Is it light in weight? Humbucker seems to be positioned like a Music Man. -- Darwin

That's beautiful Ed. I like the white pick guard. What would you change it to?

If I were to change the pg, it would be to B/W/B or tort. Not something I am going to do soon. But maybe someday.

The weight is OK, neither heavy nor light.

Congratulations! I like the white PG, but cream would be nice too. Looking forward to the tone report!

Hi All,

So, my first tone report, etc.

Weight & playability are good. Not exceedingly light, but not heavy either. No neck dive, no back ache.

Tone is good in series. Not so loud in split & parallel settings, no big deal to me. But then, maybe I am missing something. Maybe I just need to play with it some more.
