Or more correctly Used Guitar Day. Bought this yesterday. I have been looking for a G&L with two large MFDs. I have a Leo era ASAT Special , but it is permanently set up with 5 strings in open G. Decided to try an SC-2 rather than another ASAT Special. This is not my favorite color, but it had some nice features. Should be here in a week or so. I told my wife I would not be buying more guitars, so maybe I can pick a Squire or something to sell to keep the guitar count the same...

That's a nice guitar. I like the quatersawn neck and matching headstock . I have a re-issue SC-2 as well . The volume and tone control work great for the bridge pick up. I wish mine had the Saddle lock bridge like yours. Enjoy that guitar !

Thanks for the feedback. I had been considering ordering one in Sonic Blue, but this cost less than half of what I had been quoted for a similar configuration by G&L dealers on line. I think it would look better with a light tint neck but we'll see when it gets here on Monday.

I've never choose the color of my guitars... i get along with what's available here on the 2nd hand market or the poor in G&L dealers here in EU... but i enjoy those guitars... sound and feel only matter to me... ^^
But this one looks cool anyway... yes i think it could look better with a tint neck as well...

Thanks for the replies. I'm really looking forward to playing it even though my hands are way too slow... The deal with the missus was I'll check that it's OK when it gets here, but I can't "have" it until Christmas. Not a bad trade for continuing my guitar purchase disease.
