Hi,
The z-coils look like MFD pickups that have been "twisted" to make them hum-canceling. They have adjustable pole pieces like the MFDs. Are they?
Are z-coils MFD?

I've seen some Comanche demos on YT that call them alnico pickups. I've posted a "correction" in the comments for some of the videos. Perhaps it's because ceramic pickups are considered by many "purists" to be inferior and by many salespersons to be a subtraction of value and, therefore, price.
