Hey guys and gals. My name is Otis and I've been a G&L owner for 26+ years. My first was s bright yellow SC-3. Traded that in for an ash ASAT signature model in 1991 which I still own. In fact, just last week I took it to Chicago Fretworks to get its first re-fret.
I've been jonesing for another tele, but with humbuckers, so I've been looking at 72 Deluxes and Squier Deluxes when I stumbled across a G&L ASAT Deluxe II online from guitar center for $250. I bought it. I'll let you know what I think when I get it.

Hi Otis,
Welcome to the clan! Sounds like some fine guitars you have, had and have coming. I came close to buying a yellow SC3 from Tim Page and the boys at Buffalo Brothers years ago, (still want a yellow guitar), glad to hear you still have he 91 sig, those have a sweet sound. Reviews of the G&L ASAT Deluxe II have been great, look forward to hearing your take on it. But, as we always say, no pics - no guitar. Post pics when you can and jump in often.
