NGD: Legacy Honeyburst

Post by dalto »

I had been wanting to add a Legacy and I had been staring at pictures of this guitar for quite some time but I had been resisting because I wanted a Legacy Special more. When the seller dropped the price a little my will to continue resisting failed me.

I picked this one because I thought the grain pattern in the wood was interesting.

I still haven't given up on the Legacy Special though, I might to custom order one since I never seem to run into one I like. ;)

Nice looking Legacy. Hope you find a Legacy Special as well. I've got two of them and they are fantastic. The sunburst was custom ordered by me with delivery in March of 2002. The red swirl is from 1995 and I've have it since around 1996.

Thanks! Those finish on both those is great. Just making me want one more.

The neck is satin but the body is gloss. Sorry for the poor pictures. I just took some quick shots handheld and the reflection from the flash makes the gloss disappear a bit.

One of my favorite - if not my favorite - G&L finish. Congrats, it's a beauty!
