1995 ASAT - Stripped Truss Rod Nut

Has anyone had this issue and resolved it? I have a 1995 ASAT with the stripped truss rod nut...

Kinda ;) I bought a 1994 Legacy neck off eBay a few years ago that had this issue. I didn't fix it - just played it as is. I ended up selling it a while later to a guitar tech who fixed it pretty easily. I'm not exactly sure what he did tho I think its a fairly easy thing to remedy.

Is it stripped on top at the allen slot? If so, you might try this tool: Gripper Truss Rod Wrenches.
Or is it bottomed out on the rod threads? if so, you might add some washers on the threaded rod end.

Contact Ben Rush (G&L Repairs/Tech Support) to see if he can get you a replacement Truss Rod nut or if he has some additional ideas to help. His contact information is on the G&L Support page.
