ASAT Bass Question

Post by padavis »

Well I scored a butterscotch ASAT Classic a few weeks ago and then yesterday found a great used ASAT Bass on eBay to match it... I have some questions now... I've never played an ASAT bass. Is the body literally the same exact shape and size as the ASAT Classic bodies? I feel like its a little bit bigger... Also, gotta say I've had a L2500 before and I am looking forward to these pickups... dang I don't know what on earth I've been doing playing other stuff for the past 10 or so years...

Same size, same shape...at least in the Leo-era. Somebody with newer instruments might be able to chime in about current production. Do you know when yours were built?

2014 - ASAT Classic and 2015 - ASAT Bass

That's fine with me... hard to beat that shape any way ya spin it!
