Hi Again!

Does anyone have any good experiences dealing with G&L for spare parts? E-mail communications? Etc.

I ask because I can not get an answer form them after sending e-mails. In order to reach someone before...I have to use Facebook messaging. The G&L website still features the very useful information such as 2015 holiday pedal promotion, and the 2015 holidays message about the store staff hours. Really?

I am just trying to find some G&L neck plates! I am so frustrated by the total lack of service from these people!!

What email addresses did you send to? And when did you send them?

Here is the current information from G&L's main website Support page regarding parts:
To purchase replacement parts (except for pickguards) for your G&L instrument

In the US, please visit our online store or contact your local G&L dealer. Outside the US, please contact your national distributor.

Questions about transactions made at the G&L Online Store

Please email the Online Store manager. The repairs manager does not have access to Online Store transactions or inventories.
The Online Store manager can only respond to questions about transactions and parts availability.
Note: Online Store manager email address is: webstore@bbesound.com.

I suggest waiting a day or two before contacting the G&L Online Store manager because of this: HEADS UP: G&L Factory shutdown for the day ....
