Ordering a custom G&L from Guitar Center

Does anyone have experience ordering a custom G&L guitar from Guitar Center? I've seen some G&Ls listed on Guitar Center's web site, but in very limited selection of body color, etc.. I'm curious if Guitar Center can do a custom-order G&L, or if they only sell G&Ls pre-made for Guitar Center? Also I'm wondering how knowledgeable Guitar Center would be about G&Ls, considering they sell so many different guitars & things. I've thought about buying a G&L Fallout and would probably want to custom-order one so I can choose the color, neck shape, etc..

I'm curious because I accumulate reward points with one of my credit cards (that's the only reason I use it; I pay it off every month so I don't accumulate interest) - One of the things I can redeem my reward points for is Guitar Center gift cards. Unfortunately they only offer gift cards for big-name chains - Naturally they don't offer gift cards for local music stores. I've thought about redeeming points for Guitar Center gift cards to bring down the price I'd pay for a G&L.
