Contact for On-Line Store

Post by Encinitastubes »

I purchased a #1 neck off the on-line store. The neck is slightly below the .015 tolerance. I tried to email G&L about it, but got no response. Any suggested contact information? Thanks.

See this post in the G&L Knowledgebase: Who can I contact regarding items in the G&L On-Line Store?.

Any other contacts? I can't seem to get the on-line store to answer my emails. I thought the store was unaffected by the shut-down.

Buying might be unaffected but I guess anything where it requires human intervention, which may or may not include shipping, will take a little longer.

I was finally able to connect with Dave and I believe they did connected with you and worked it out to your satisfaction. Is this correct?

Hope this helped.
