G&L Neck pockets (rampage more specifically..) ATTN: CRAIG

Post by companydamned »

Hi all,

I've ordered a USA rampage and am curious from other owners, are the neck pockets on these and other G&L's lately typically tight with no gaps? I'm OCD about this on bolt on's and had no choice but to special order the guitar, so I'm a little nervous about it being imperfect.... Is there any way to talk to anyone in the factory about my order to ensure this? Craig perhaps...? I asked the sales rep to make a note of it on the order, but was basically told not to worry about it..

Thanks very much!

my USA G&L's all have tight necks , I have only seen a couple loose joints on the Tribute series Fallouts and that's it

Just listen to both the Sales Rep and Fumble fingers. The neck will be fitted correctly. The factory craftmen custom fit the neck and neck pocket to have a perfect fit together.
