LOVE the bass, not crazy about the color...

So I picked up this used mint L2500 (non tribute) a year or two back...I absolutely love the tone of this beast but unfortunately, as much as I've tried, I can't seem to cozy up to the color. It is a translucent darkish orange color (my understanding it's called clear orange). I have looked around for the past several months hoping to find a body for sale (preferably a blue burst) but they seem to be non existent. Does anyone know if I could purchase a finished body from G&L or maybe someone can't stand their blue burst and would rather have a translucent orange one....well I can hope can't I?
