Hi,
I have both an original run Asat Super, and also an original run Asat jr. Truthfully, I play my Korina Asat Jr now and they just sit. I am downsizing and wondered what the people here think a good price for either is? (original cases, great condition, one little pop on the super on an edge but paint is still intact. Call them Very Good ++ condition).
Thanks,
Jeff

Re: current ballpark for original super and Jr prices?
Hey Jeff,
Checked what I paid for my pair about 6 years ago and what the Blue Book has them at. Lo and behold these prices are still pretty much the same. Depending on condition, but better than Excellent, you should be able to demand somewhere between $1k and $1.3k for the Super and $1k and $1.6k for the original Junior. I also checked the Vintage Guitar Price Guide for this year. They are usually a little lower than the Bluebook. They don't list the Super, but they list between $1,075 and $1,350 for the Junior.
Of course you're free to deviate from the prices

Hey Jeff,
Jos is usually pretty good with prices but I think he's off on the Super. Nobody wants those and they are really hard to sell.
But I will gladly help and take it off yer hands for about 400-500 be sure to PM me

thanks all, and sorry Sam but I just listed them both a bit higher than that price
I do have wiggle room if anyone from the board wants to check them out on Reverb

Jeff,
Gotta have some fun with ya!
Just checked Reverb and you will find a buyer. A Super is at the top of my wish list, but I just got back from Hawaii and picked up a long desired koa tenor ukulele. Will have to wait for another day. Keep rockin' the Korina ASATJr
