a friend is sellings this body, would you help me to figure out if tis a usa or the less expensive one?

I believe it is a USA Legacy body:
Body color finish is Fullerton Red which is a USA only color.
The pickguard has 8 mounting screws. The Tribute Series Legacy pickguard has 11 mounting screws.
The body wood looks to be Alder (view neck pocket). Tribute Series wood for solid color finish is Basswood.

I also thought it was an American body but Craig nailed it with the pickguard screws. I didn't know that. Good point to post in the knowledge forum.
Do you have a neck lined up as that could take a while. USA necks are not that common, Tirbutes are but may require a lot of fitting. Great score for the right price! -- Darwin
