Happy Halloween!! - scary PURPLE and ORANGE Leo-era

Post by verybestal »

A belated HAPPY HALLOWEEN to the G&L family! I thought a festive photoshoot was appropriate. The maple ASAT twangs hard. Also, let me just state that I find the Comanche V more toneful than the Comanche VI of the same era, contrary to popular opinion (I've only played 1 of each fwiw). While the VI may have endless hi-fi tonal options, the V is extremely expressive and capable of fuller, louder tones.

I tried to make it look like a flashlights under their faces.

Craig ,

Please, for the sake of man ,erase these pictures. These guitars were posted to tempt others into trades that they would possibly regret later. I have seen this before. Just want to say it's really not cool.

respectfully,

Thanks, fumble fingers!
I'm a Comanche man, too. Finally found pics of your red sparkle and I'm a big fan of the white on white pups! She's a looker.

Oh yes, fumble fingers, it's an 89 according to the serial, although I've not removed the neck to verify.

y2kc,
Great to hear from you (it worked).

Wow!I'm a Comanche guy too, and that V is wonderful, but if I had to choose between the two I'd go for that ASAT - stunner!
