Help me choose

Post by Nubs »

Ok so I created an album of my favorite color combos for my next guitar. But I need your help. What you think about these?

Nubs,
I think you have to narrow it down a bit. ;)

From most of the images I assume you're going for a Legacy. Since you appear to already have a natural wood ASAT, I'd go for something different. My top choice you offer is the Vintage white, black guard and maple fretboard. Sonic Blue with the 3 ply black guard looks good and the 2-Tone is also tops for me.

I've done screen shots on different options for guitars I've wanted and it leads to insanity. Be careful. But it's pretty exciting! Keep us posted.

I would go with the pearl white , matching head stock ,ebony finger board , black pick guard and white pick ups ... almost ordered the exact same combo myself , it's been a finalist a couple times

Yes I realize there are a lot of options I put out there. Lately I've been considering the Bluesboy in the Sonic Blue with the cream pickguard & the vintage tint maple neck. That just looks so sexy! Plus I prefer the tele style to the strat.

The reality is that getting one of these custom beauties is most likely a long way off. Financial woes coupled with other fiscal responsibilities is putting the brakes on.

There is a lefty pearl white out on eBay right now. It does look sharp.

For some reason the creator application does not have the old school tobacco color. I've seen a few pics on G&L's Facebook page and that is definitely a contender! I saw one there in that color with a 1-ply black pick guard with looked so classy!

The Belair Green one. A friend on mine owns one just like it, and it is gorgeous.
