Hello again

Post by oldhatt »

..and hi ...
I used to hang out here quite a bit, but drifted away, (from music as well). I just decided to remove the battery from my Sabre I, ( thanks to Tim Pages' Buffalo Bros ) ...and it all came rushing back -lol. I don't see many of the old names around, though I read that Gabe and GG are still working on that book. I look forward to meeting you all in the forums.

-best,
Mike

Hi Mike,

Welcome back! :D There's a few of us from the old board still posting and spreading the G&L word, and a bunch of others with GREAT guitars and wisdom to share.

Post pics of yer Sabre and jump in often.

Hello Mike and welcome back! :greet:

Do you still have the Tribute S-500 and USA S-500? I see they are still in your GbL User Profile.

I'm still here and coming up on to the 14th year (in October) as co-webmaster with Dave.
Greg recently posted about the Vintage Guitar article on the early S-500, that he an Gabe wrote for VG. Tim Page was
the one who brought the article to our attention. See this post: Yeah Baby! New Issue!!!.

It's always good to "see" an old member return.
