The Climax never reached status I thought it should have with the super strat gitars. Now you can pull the spandex out of the bottom drawer and resume your heavy metal revival tour!

All seriousness aside, that is one clean guitar for it's age and I love the maple board on it as well.

But the guitar is in great shape for a nearly 20 year old!

All kidding aside, it's a great looking guitar. The neck looks brand new. I have heard that one way to create that swirl is to lay down plastic wrap in the fresh paint - so no two guitars will ever be close to being the same. I'm no expert though - maybe Fred can give us a lesson?

Great score Tim, I have never seen one. Ginny has always told me to avoid guitar shops. It is rare to find anything of value around here anymore in pawn shops. They seem to be as high as e-bay and it is usually low end things priced high. You are lucky! -- Darwin
