My hobby band played at an open mic last night. I used my 1990 SC-3, here:
When I had packed up and heading out to leave a guy I noticed earlier listening to us came up and asked me what kind of guitar I was playing because it sounded good. He said it looked like a Fender, but knew it wasn't one. I briefly told him about Leo's last company, the one he started after Fender. He said "So it is a Fender." I told him it is a G&L, a Leo Fender company. He told me again that it sounded good and we said goodbye.

That's a cool story Kit and a great looking SC-3. Whenever I go to watch bands play, I'm always checking out the gear they're using. My wife tells me to just enjoy the band.
