Anybody tried humbucker in comanche?

Firstly i quite like the zcoils in my comanche and they look odd which is cool ha.But im in desperate need of a new amp as im getting back gigging pretty soon and cant afford one right now so need to sell a guitar to fund it.Currently using the comanche for clean stuff and i have an SG for the heavier stuff.Thing is though the SG is fairly thin sounding and ive been planning on getting rid of it and upgrading to something else when i get cash.So to fund the new amp something has to go and it aint gona be the comanche.Im hoping with a humbucker in the bridge the comanche could cover the heavier high gain stuff and i could use the neck for cleans.With the zcoils it doesnt really do high gain stuff all that well.So i was wondering has anybody changed the pickups in a comanche to say seymour duncans or whatever?If it wasnt for the zcoils i could just change the bridge pickup to a humbucker and id be done but im gona have to change the lot sadly.I intend to put them back in when i get another guitar as i really like the comanche as a clean guitar as its very hifi sounding.So has anybody put a high gain humbucker in a comanche and what were the results?Its a very bright guitar so would this be a bad idea?Thanks
