This is from Sam Moore's, of legendary Sam and Dave duo, appearance on the Imus in the Morning show this past Friday. The guitar player behind Sam is playing a G&L and it's sounding pretty good. The guy next to him is playing a Strat but they appear to have the same model amps.

nice video , another reason I like the G&L "bumb" headstock is it's easy to spot the G&L's out in the crowd
