The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.
Hi all, it's been a year since I've gotten this Rampage, I've been giving it some attention lately to mark the anniversary . It is a very cool, unique, and special rock guitar offered by G&L. A prized possession, thought I'd share some pictures...
Hey there Fumble, you should definitely try out the wide neck first before placing an order. I have no problems playing on this thing but I still prefer a neck that has a smaller width. I find certain chord changes just easier to excute and more comfortable on the smaller width necks. I still really dig this guitar but this will probably be the last guitar I get with a 1 3/4" neck. The Custom Creations Rampages released in 2000 or 2001 have 1 5/8 nut widths... those would be just perfect for me!
Thanks HowlinWolf! I practice with the Rampage or Legacy almost daily. The Superhawk is staying mostly cased. Though I do bring her out to breath occasionally.
