Fourth set of photos from the Factory for 2014 ...

Post by Craig »

Here's the fourth set of photos for 2014, which were posted on G&L's Facebook page:
Here's an ASAT Classic in Honeyburst over a flame top on swamp ash, wood binding, pearl guard, maple neck with Vintage Tint Gloss finish.
We think it looks elegant. How about you?

Here's an MJ-4 in 3-Tone Sunburst over alder with a matching headstock and a rosewood board with face dots deleted. A killer groove machine.
Image
Here's a Bluesboy 90 in Himalayan Blue over alder with wood binding, tortoise guard and a creme cover.
We're getting more orders lately for solid colors with wood binding. G&L fans are definitely creative.

Here's an ASAT Classic Alnico in Blonde over swamp ash, tortoise guard, rosewood and Clear Gloss neck finish.
Image
In the Wood Shop: finish sanding an ASAT body.
Image
Here's an MJ-4 in Honeyburst over swamp ash, matching headstock and rosewood board. Beauty and a beast.
Image
Here's an ASAT Deluxe Semi-Hollow in Blueburst with wood binding and a maple neck with Light Tint Gloss finish.
Image
Here's a Fallout in Himalayan Blue with a 3-ply white guard and maple neck with Light Tint Gloss finish.
Image
Here's an LB-100 in Candy Apple Red, 3-ply white guard, rosewood and Vintage Tint Gloss neck finish. Classic Leo, remastered.
Image
Here's a Savannah Collection Bluesboy. The grain in the Okoume we've been getting has tons of character.
The Pau Ferro has been looking really good lately, too.
Image
Here's an L-2000 in 3-Tone Sunburst over some awesome alder with an ebony board. This one is headed to Japan,
where a lot of bassists like their G&Ls with ebony. Been like that for around 30 years.
Image
Fresh candy in the Paint Shop.
Image
Two righthand headstocks. The one on the left is reverse and will have a Floyd Rose locking nut.
Image
Here's a Fallout in a Ruby Red Metallic with a pearl guard and rosewood board.
Image
Here's a Savannah Collection ASAT Junior II. We love these.
Image
Here's an L-2000 in Candy Apple Red with matching headstock and ebony board. We think it looks hot.
Image
Here's an L-2000 in Shoreline Gold with matching headstock and rosewood board. We think it looks elegant.
Image
This LB -100 is seriously cool. A customer ordered it in Fullerton Red with a Satin Frost top coat, Vintage Tint Satin neck finish,
rosewood board with face dots deleted, and a tortoise guard. Whoever you are, we salute you.

There have been a few. The color is definitely off in the 3rd photo. The first two are better representations of Spanish Copper Metallic:

Yes, there have been a couple. But I think Jeff is hoping to see his recent order show up on G&L's Facebook page, right Jeff?

RRM IS another great color.

What model did you order, so we can keep an eye out for it? :searching:

I, myself, am hoping to see my GbL_LE2 show up on the Facebook page any day now.
