New here

Post by catawompus »

Hi, I'm from Switzerland and have had a S-500 probably since the early ninieties. a few weeks ago I was able to buy a practically unused tribute asat classic for 300 bucks, and man, all I can say is I love G&L guitars (almost more than my motorcycles...)

Flicker does not make it easy but the key is just copy the jpg image url and post it between the Img tags, like this:

All three are very nice lookers. Is that the same banjo? If not then "...all four...." Love the S-500.

The banjo is a custom made Deering Golden Era, one of a kind, basically the G&L of banjos... :D :D :D

CW, very nice guitars. The signature s-500 is really cool. Also a great looking Deering. Welcome -- Darwin

Welcome aboard Catawompus.

I have a semi-hollow version of your Tribute ASAT, and it is one of the best playing guitars I have ever held, regardless of price point or country of origin. Enjoy it!

Nice 5-string banjo too by the way.

Beautiful guitars, especially like the look of your S-500, I don't know anything about banjos but the fretboard looks like it is crafted quite well.
