My Guitars (LE-2 Content)

Post by WitSok »

I was looking to purchase custom order Fallout from Music Source, talking with Bob he asked me if I had considered the LE-2. Told I heard about it but didn't really know about it (had been lurking on the site). So I came home and signed up so I could find out more about the LE-2. It was like WOW - Fallout style guitar with MFDs! I went back to Music Source and ordered me up a LE-2 (#4 of 25). I have two other guitars: G&L Tribute ASAT Special Deluxe and a Washburn Idol WI-45. The MFDs in the ASAT is what really turned me on to G&L.

Here are my two G&Ls:

Here is all three together. A happy family!

The LE-2 is really great. The F100 bridge is so expressive clear, articulate, and clean - or she can really growl! The neck is just plain old sweet. Love the neck position on both the LE-2 and ASAT. When splitting the bridge combined with the neck it add some real nice sparkle.

Both the LE-2 and ASAT are registered.

Awesome guitars. That LE2 is a beaut. How does the middle position on the LE2 compare with the ASAT special?

With the HB split the LE-2 is similar but still different. I'm not sure how best to describe it. I'll try to record a short riff comparing a the LE-2 middle positions to the ASAT middle position.
