Hi all

Post by johnw »

Hi Guys, just joined this great site and I'm happy to say that I've just joined the G & L owner club for the 1st time today by scoring a lovely USA ASAT Classic thinline.
I have no idea how to date it via the serial number and would really appreciate help in this area thanks.

The serial number is: CLF22501

Its plays and sounds like a dream, I can't believe I've never bothered to try these out before in all my 37 years of playing.

Cheers,
John

Thanks heaps guys!! What a welcome to a very cool group!! Yeh Baby.

I love the word grain on my G & L to Darwin :-)

I can't put this girl down, my Strat & Les Paul are now sulking in their cases.

I found the neck pick up was a bit in your face(maybe a tad dark so I wound it back in a bit and now its superb.

Cheers,
John
