Great Experience With G&L Online Store

Post by darwinohm »

I ordered a Will Ray bridge pickup for my Z-3 this morning at 9:40 AM. I received a Message at 1:52 PM saying it was shipped with a USPS tracking number. That is service! This is the first time I have used the G&L store in some time.-- Darwin

I had a similar experience a couple of days ago. Looking at the emails just now I was confused. I ordered something after hours, it was confirmed, shipped and a tracking number was sent at 8:30am the following morning. I received a second notification at 6:22am the day after that as well. The online store is nice to look at IMO as well. Simple yet polished. Looks more like a jewelry vendor than a parts store.

Great to know. I'll be ordering a soapbar mfd pickup to turn a Classic into a Custom. Winter project...

Cheers,

Update: So I ordered my item early morning (sometime after midnight) on Tuesday and it arrived today, Friday. Initially the tracking estimation had it pegged for a Saturday delivery. Kudos to the online store and USPS for speedy service.

Same here, great experience. A message with tracking number, and then my package made it all the way to England surprisingly quickly (and it was just the basic USPS rate).
G&L have really got their store working well. :D

My WR pickup came in the mail this afternoon. Exactly as ordered two days ago and the shipping was $2.24. What a deal! Stellar service in my opinion. -- Darwin

And what a great pickup that is, too. Grown-up sounding but it can still twang and cut. Tone pot back halfway is lovely too. And no hum.
G&L are a genuinely special maker!
