First time I saw was around '91/'92 in the Netherlands, on the Offramp tour. And between seeing him on April 30th here at Meany Hall in Seattle, my wife and I have seen him about 15 times. Nicest gig was when he was rehearsing with Larry Grenadier and Bill Stewart for the Trio tour in '99 at the State Theater in Olympia, WA. With about 100 people in attendance, nobody was further than 30 ft from the maestro. I think you're gonna love it. His Orchestrion project is quite something.zapcosongs wrote:Never seen him. I'm a big fan, but I've never seen him. Idaho is kind of a wasteland as far a touring musicians go.
