Nick walks you through the different tonal capabilities of this versatile guitar and includes audio samples as he explains
each control and pickup configuration. As an added bonus, Nick plays through his own take on Roberta Flack's timeless
classic, "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face," which includes gorgeous clean tones enhanced with a BBE Two Timer™
TT-2 Dual Mode Analog Delay as well as smooth, driven tones courtesy of a BBE Windowpane™ WP-69 Silicon Fuzz.

i was kinda disappointed. some of the clean tones were good, but especially on the neck pup, it seemed the notes easily overloaded and buzzed. the tones with the fuzz were really lacking. the funk sounds he did later were really good though.

Funny the talk about that guitar as a product of Leo Fender's aproach to improve the Telecaster. :)

Might have been true for an ASAT with MFD pickups and saddle lock brigde, like the G&L Broadcaster, but not for that Alnico thing with string through bridge. ;)

But that ASAT seems to be a nice Nashville Telecaster clone anyway.
