Greets guys,
Its not been without its moments this quest but alas after best part of a year the eagle has finally landed
Firstly a massive shout out to pat (jag)without all your help & advice this bird would still be a pipe dream bud.nuff said..
Secondly to our own esteemed Darwin for all his assistance early on that first lit the fire in me.thanks heaps mate.
And last but certainly not least to the man who's name adorns this fine weapon of warfare. Will,i hope you smile wryly with every specimen you see moved from the factory sated in the knowledge that your wizardry has moved legions. Thanks for the music brother & hope I did ya proud..
Anyway without further adieu I introduce to you *drumroll*...
MAJOR TROUTAGE
Most the specs are self evident aside from stainless frets, locking tuners & a quarter sawn neck(which is a slim C).

Congrats on a super Axe!
Cheers mate, though having an inside rail of sorts on what you got cooking I'm sure it's gonna square up just fine along side this one or any other WR for that matter aside from the obvious Hendrix pastiche & esthetic the reverse headstock has a practical advantage as well.Jerry was also a big influence in the 90's & some of his licks involve bending the low E behind the nut up to A!! The man has the hands of hades & does it on a normal headstock too it's an unattainable bend for most mere mortals but with the extra slack the reverse headstock gives you on the low E im hoping it might give me a shot at the title

Hi mate! It Definealty was nearly all you guys told me that though & now you have an extra voice.won't get to take her for a proper spin through an amp until my rotation out next month unfortuneatly but between the novelty of the b bender, slide ring & wills instructionals I'm sure to keep amused in the interim thanks again for getting me going with this build too big guy much appreciated,cheers..
It looks like the boys at the factory did an outstanding job putting your dream machine together! I am sure she plays as good as she looks.
And welcome to the reverse headstock club, how many times have you grabbed the wrong tuning peg so far? I lost count a long time ago
Scott
Hey mate! Thanks for mentioning the "other" last but not least I omitted bud, that being the master craftsmen at G & L who put this baby together.i couldn't be happier with the esthetic, right down to the matching rosewood board to complement the bacci burst finish.the flame speaks for itself really
Regarding the set up she's strung a bit heavy for me at the moment but nothing a string change & a bit of fine tuning at the bridge cant fix.the hipshot out of the box was set perfect!
I've been on reverse head stocks since the early 90's bro so you'd think I'd know better by now but alas as you've said I'm already starting to rack up some healthy erroneous numbers!
Glad you like it Scott & thanks for stopping by bud,cheers..
