Hi, everyone!

I'm an old hand on the drums (hence, the handle, Tom-Phil) and a recent convert to bass. Just gigging and learning, and loving it. And I have never heard anything to compare to a G&L bass. I WILL own an L-2500!

Does anyone know, offhand, what brand and gauge of strings an L-2500 typically ships with? I'm assuming nickel rounds - that would be my choice, anyway.
