BBE - MindBender Guide

Post by willross »

Howdy, ya'll! Got back early this morning and received a MindBender MB-2. No wall wart or manual, but the packaging is lighter, smaller and the new look is great too. Here is a picture I just made of a simple guide to go by. Use as needed!

Good on you Will. Kind of wish I'd gone for one of those myself but the lure of the new look tremor was too great. Glad to hear about the reduced packaging and exclusion of a wall wart. That old packing was made better than some cars!

Vibe on!

It's kinda interesting that no one at BBE told me about the changes to the Mind Bender, considering it's my signature pedal and that I helped develop it. The missing manual had a lot of useful tips and information. And I really dug the old packaging. It would be nice to be in on the loop on these kind of things, but I realize that is not the BBE way.

Oh well...

Hey willross - any pics of the new one?

Here you go, Will. That sparkle finish is difficult to photograph w/out ample natural light...

Hi Craig,

Just wanted to point out no manual is listed for the BBE Soul Vibe, neither in the continued nor discontinued product sections.

I don't think they had an online version for the original SV. I will check with Dave or Paul.
We might have to wait and see if they will have one for the 2013 version. I'll see what I can find out.

Stay tuned.

Thanx willross. I'm relieved. The turquoise sparkle actually looks pretty cool.

Thanks, Craig. If it isn't in the box, I assumed it didn't have one. Searching through a website for a pdf manual hadn't crossed my mind... So I made a quick one.

Will, it does look nice.

I like that idea of putting the pdf on-line. If there ever was a mistake, it is easily fixed. Easier to read on-screen than use a magnify glass to read the small print. And most manuals in paper tend to get thrown out because I have no place to put them.
Consider this as the future.
