hahaha. #1,2,3 are covered. 4 does not apply as i am my own boss. 5 is being worked on. i don't have a portfolio, a credit file, or a banking relationship.
simplification is definitely due, i have already started, i'll be trading in some gear for fewer pieces. a will is irrelevant, i do not have heirs.
