Craig...many thanks for replying to my topic and letting me know that my "new" G&L is actually from 2010 since it has the molded case. I am thinking of refusing the box, since it may require a setup after 2 years in a box. Would a legacy 2012 tolex case fit a 2012 molded case for an ASAT.

I have a first gen legacy,plek 2006, order in march 2006 came in sept 2006, my order was delay because of the change at the factory i was told, and it came without a need for setup.Still no major correction done on the setup yet. Ho and it came with the new neck, cap maple fb insted of the split neck. Got back to no 1 status not long ago, after i put back the original G&L pickup insted of the fender hot noiseless, they just sound right.
