ASAT Special Question

I just picked up my first G&L, it's a Tribute ASAT Special, but it doesn't look like the special's pictured on the web site, mine has no pick guard and the maple flamed top with the MFD pickups. Is this just the way it was spec'd or is there a different model name for it?

The dealer told me that G&L was not going to offer the flamed tops on the Tribute models any longer. I love the MFD's and the playability of this guitar. I tried a lot of them before purchasing the ASAT. It was VERY hard to decide between the Legacy and ASAT. Maybe I can pick up a USA Legacy down the road. Thanks for any commets.....

What you have is the Tribute ASAT Special Deluxe Carved Top. It was discontinued in June of this year.
