Is there a noticable difference?

Post by JohnR »

Man...... Shopping long distance for a GL is aggraving:)

Due to suprise med bills it looks like I may have to settle for a tribute.

Here's my question: Which is better quality, made in Korea, China, or Indonesia? Or is there no difference at all?

Thanks

Start with these posts in our G&L Knowledgebase:
Why the change in manufacturing location for the Tributes?
G&L Tributes made in China?

There are other posts with opinions on the Tributes you can search for in the G&L Knowledgebase, General G&L Questions sub-forum and the Let's talk G&L Products sub-forum.

Hope this helps.

Best bang for your buck on a budget is a used Tribute, or if a new one is on your budget, try and get a used USA for the same money. They are out there!

Given the choice between a new Tribby and a used USA model, I would go with the USA. There are a lot of good deals to be had if you look around.
