Introduction

Post by shankyboy »

Greetings fellow G&L owners. I recently joined the forum and am going thru lots of paper towels for wiping the drool off of my keyboard. They are beautiful guitars indeed. I have 2 of them. A Fullerton Red Legacy with the birds eye maple neck and a ASAT classic in translucent Orange with binding and the satin finish maple neck. The purchase of the Legacy was one of those "Wayne's World" moments. I was walking into a music store and all the way in the back on the wall was the Legacy just glowing and calling out to me. 20 minutes later she was mine. Out of all of my guitars (18 of them) the G&Ls are the ones I reach for every time when I am loading up for a gig. Thanks for putting together this awesome site and I'll see you guys around.

Welcome shankyboy. Don't hesitate to post pics of your guitars in the G&L Porn section. As long as other can not see the guitars, as per the rules of this forum, they do not exist ;)

I would love to post some pics, however, I do not care for photo hosting sites and find it quite ridiculous that it is the only method for posting pics.

Welcome shankyboy. It probably would be easier to post directly from our computers but it would take a lot of space to host all the pictures. I use a free hosting site and find it works very well. I hope you decide to post some pictures of your G&Ls-- Darwin

Welcome.

If you want, you can email me your guitar photos and I'll post them for you.

Or you can send your instruments to my home and I'll take some pictures for posting myself ;+) - ed
