Lunch: Cod, green beans and cauliflower.
Guitars: Do you like 24 fret necks? If you do like them, would you like to see them as an option on G&L guitars?
Random photo:
I spent a night in a motel in Sioux Falls, South Dakota a few months ago. When I woke up the next morning, I discovered that the tornado chasers were staying there and were anticipating a very bad storm. I left as quickly as I could! Chasing storms is crazy and chasing storms in a Ford is even crazier.
The UPS man dropped off a guitar today. I'm going to go an play for a bit!

Sprinter, that is either a storm chaser or Dakota Rednecks!

I dig the "Road Warrior"-inspired vehicle. I'll give the new G&L 24-fret a whirl if it's LH...

I have a Gibby with 24 frets. Let's say that at my skill level, I don't need all of them. So I don't care one way or the other, personally.
She's on the right, with the Hamer I mentioned yesterday on the left (22 frets). Both great guitars for the money, actually....
I love the cage on that SUV or whatever you call it. I would entitle the photo "Roll Your Own." - ed

Re: Wednesday 9/21/2011 Lunch Report
Just realised I haven't participated at all this week. THose new models have distracted me.
I have never owned a guitar with 24 frets. Nothing against those extra couple of frets, in fact I think having those double dots at the end of the fretboard makes it look complete. I just never played one that wasn't a Jackson type guitar and so never really bonded. I was up at the 20th fret at tonight's gig and that was high enough for me!
You guys have large parking spaces - I cant believe how much space is either side of that tornado chaser. Matte black rocks!

I like 24 fret guitars, not because I need 24 frets though, but because generally they are designed to get up to 24 easily (more easily than most 22s even, which can be a bit of a battle), which makes getting everywhere I need to that much easier to get. I am rarely found above 20 on my guitars, on my bass though I use all 24 frets on at least 4 of the strings.
That van looks looks like a fun ride, I would trick one out and drive it around just to mess with people.

Looks like that truck is ready for the zombie apocalypse !
I'm indifferent to 24 fret necks, like others have said I don't find myself up that high on the neck anyway. Ed, that Hamer special has peaked my interest, I just came across a PRS Mira LTD on CL this morning relatively cheap and it got me thinking about adding something like that to my arsenal.
Random stuff: I was driving home yesterday and some guy came flying out of nowhere and nearly clipped me as he cut me off. I exclaimed "Jesus Christ!!!" and then noticed his "Jesus Christ" bumper sticker and burst into laughter Hope I didn't offend anybody
