Leo-era Clips

Post by El Fug »

Hey, guys. I would love to see some old G&L's being put through their paces, particularly those in the "S" family (S-500, Skyhawk, Nighthawk, Cavalier), but I haven't had much luck finding anything on the interwebz. Can anyone point me towards some footage, or some recordings?

Thank you!

O my G&L PEOPLE!!! Show me some clips, brothers and sisters!!!

I know that some of you have some old G&L's. Any audio/video/frontal-lobe-insertion clips would be fan-frigging-tastic! I just want to hear what these guitars sound like. Actually, it would be super killer if somebody that owns both BBE-era and Leo-era G&L's did a side-by-side on YouTube or some such. My People, show me whatcha got!!!

This is the only clip on the intertubes that I can find of a Leo-era git. I want more! Help me out!!!

I did a search on youtube for G&L Broadcaster and came up with this:

Here's one with an ASAT signature model:

Here's a 3 bolt ASAT

Here's an '87 ASAT

Here's an '89 ASAT signature

This band seems to have a bunch of videos on Youtube.

You gotta look a bit harder.

Thanks, Suave Eddie! These are all Tele types, but it's informative nonetheless. I appreciate it!!!

Sorry, I missed the part that you were specifically looking for examples of "S" styles.
