The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.
If another 99 people want the same as Craig, there is nothing left for the rest of us What a beautiful series of guitars. I kinda wish these would have been the 30th Anniversary Limited Editions but I won't be too picky!
Look alright, more a black limba if I am going to go limba though. There is still that 30th anniversary bluesboy in town at the store though..... .....
I am glad that G&L is continuing with the Custom Creations. Is gives all of us some cool options. Korina is not my favorites but they have certainly targeted the LP dudes. I got rid of my last LP and it is not one that I miss. It was really nice eye candy. Korina is really light and these look very nice. Sorry folks, some guys are hooked on Blondes. I happen to be a sucker for Swamp Ash or Maple caps. Glad I got my 30 Th anniv.
Having said that I am currently lusting for a G&L that I looked at last week. I am still in the strategic planning phase of the project. Besides I thought that my Roland GR3 had malfunctioned. I checked it out today, and had previously taken the GK-3 apart only to discover that it is not serviceable. Last night I bid on one on e-bay and lost. Today, I discovered that I had forgotten to hook up one of the cables. So, I saved money toward my next guitar. Guys like me discover something new every day! Should I be alarmed???? -- Darwin
Just found out: NO LEFTIES!!!!! The message from Dave states that LE models tend to all have the same specs and a lefty would be an extra effort. He stated that talking to my "dealer" might help.?. No means "no", right? I'm not surprised. Now that CNC is used, no more hand-made. Robots hate lefties!
Well, I did put in my order for an ASAT II and Junior II yesterday. I've been informed that they expect delivery late August/early September. Can hardly wait ...

You're the man, Jos!
I'm really looking forward to the tone report on those P90/MFDs in the Jr. as compared to the standard ones.

Nothing I've read or heard indicate that they are MFDs. I've asked Paul for some details on this G&L version of the P-90.
When I hear more, I will post the details.

You're lucky, I don't want to see them either, but it somehow showed up instantly.
