I couple of recent arrivals that just need to be shown off.
First, a 1989 ASAT III previously owned and gigged by Tom Giberson. Yes the very one that appeared in the Marketplace a couple of weeks ago. Thing I am not too sure of is the body wood. It was registered as ash, but judging from its weight and the presence of some flame on the back of the body, I think it is maple. If anybody has a different opinion let me know because I really would like to know.
Second, one that I own for quite while and never shared. But I need to voice my support for 'boring guitars'. So here is an F-100 Return Edition (#2 of 100). Darwin, I know you're a big fan of these guitars and I hope you're pleased
And finally, my last score. This is New Old Stock at its best. Bought from fellow member JoseyWales (Gary Maki): an 'unplayed' 1985 Broadcaster with maple board in original box, envelope with Owner Manual and Warranty card still stapled shut, case with no scuffs what so ever, and hang tag still on tuning button. It was as if I went back in time 25 years. Pretty weird kind of experience. The 'unplayed' has gone out the door by now because the darn thing just sounds too good!

Re: G&L PORN!
I agree Jos, that ASAT III looks like maple to me. Beautiful collection!
