The place to discuss, post photos, video, and audio of the G&L products (US instruments, stomp boxes, etc.) produced after 1991, including the amps & gear we use with them.
they call me up, and we play about 3 songs. I played thru a little Bruno amp and a Suhr Shiba Drive. Tone to die for...there were 2 other guitarists, a drummer, bass & organ.
Took turns rippin' some solos...
so we finish and the bass player who was part of the house band says, "great guitar man, I have 2 G&L guitars and 3 Basses at home, you sounded amazing!"

Congrats pauliewalnuts! Must have been a blast! You wonder what it would take for that bass player to take one of his G&L's to the gig. Maybe they just sound too good and he rather keeps them safe and sound
hey Paulie...
that's cool...i used to go to blues jams at Moondog's here...was a lot of fun...
one nite, after a jam ended, i stepped up to the mic and asked "whatever happened to the Time-Honored Tradition of ladies throwing their panties on the stage?"....without hesitation, 3 ladies in the audience shouted, in near unison, "WE'RE NOT WEARING ANY!"....the whole club cracked up...then some guy offers to throw his on stage...we declined the offer...however somebody tossed a pair of guy's underwear on the stage during another song....that spot on the stage was avoided by all the musicians the rest of the nite...
