Trem arm won't stay put!

Is there a trick to keeping the trem arm set screw tightened up? I have to keep an allen wrench nearby to make it through a set. I have brand new nylon inserts and set screws.

I love this instrument but it's buggin' me man.

My guess is that you got the wrong size replacement allen screw or you are missing the nylon bushing.

Thanks! I am using the set screws and nylon inserts that were in the case when I purchased it second hand. I'm going to reorder the correct part # and I bet you that fixes it.
