Noiseless Pickup Options for ASAT Special?

I do like the MFDs but the hum sometimes gets the way. I know that these are a custom size, and that only Rio Grande makes direct replacements, but they are not hum free.

Are there any other options that folks have found for noiseless? I thought I remember someone getting a winder to essentially use the casings to wind noiseless into them.

Anyone using a dummy coil? Any other ideas (would prefer to not use a noise gate, even the best ones do suck a little tone and I prefer to let the full signal through).

Your special hums? I play at high gain, infront of a computer, in a room with fluorescent lights and get nothing. Maybe check your wiring?
