There is no mention on the G&L site of left handed 30th Anniversary models. Are they available to order or have some been made to date ?

There was a cutoff date of December 31, 2010.

All except the F-100 model were available in left-handed version.

If the spec page for a model does not say "Not Available Lefthanded", then it would be available
Lefthanded. Only the F-100 model of the 30th Anniversary models says "Not Available Lefthanded".
