G&L Order Update

When I placed my order for my Legacy HB right towards the end of Nov. I was told 6 weeks. Sounded a little optimistic to me. The dealer told me to feel free to check in with him if it seemed to be taking long. So I figured I'd give it until the end of Jan before I bugged him. So I decided to e-mail him today. He checked with G&L and was told two weeks yet...and then probably a week to ship from CA to VA.

I'm really starting to itch for it, but it's helps to have an updated delivery estimate!

The dealer probably forgot or did not know that the factory was shutdown for two weeks during the December holiday.

This probably does not help the waiting

He did state that he hadn't taken all the holidays into consideration...which included the Big 3 here in the US...Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year...what was I thinking placing an order then???

I ordered a Legacy on 12/6/2010 and last week was told it would be done in 2-3 weeks. Sounds like we're in the same ballpark.
